Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unopened and in their original condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us via the "Contact Us" page with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process an exchange if possible. If an exchange is not available, you will receive a full refund within 20 days of your cancellation request.
